This cactus is a nice addition to any ethnobotanical collection and can grow over 15 feet in height. Expect pups to grow alongside each cutting, from the root base as well as the trunk at all heights up and down the sides of each cactus planted.
Information and care instructions ------
All the cuttings are grown in the tropical climate of southern california but will survice a freeze as low as 20F. They thrive in warm to hot climates with warm bright light.
Your cutting will be cut fresh every 30 days and then planted and allowed to grow. Some will have roots upon shipping. These are not last years rejects, they are well taken care of.
A cactus cutting will continue to grow in this state for up to a year if provided even a small amount of light and kept dry or misted once or twice a month and allowed to dry each time.
As soon as you get them you can plant them right away. Just get really good potting soil and stick them in the ground about 1 to 2 inches. Keep them in full light for most or all of the day, Let the soil dry completely before saturating it again in a well drained pot. Dont let them set in wet soil or they will rot.
